Forex ResourcesFirst, a beginner must be in a good financial situation for Forex. If you have any debt, before you start Forex Trading I would suggest eliminating it to allow yourself the financial freedom to pursue Forex wholeheartedly. Here is a website to set yourself on the path of financial freedom.
Now that we have ourselves in a good financial situation, our next step is to further our understanding of the current world economy. Just following the news will help this step, I suggest the BBC, Associated Press, and the New York Times.

A basic understanding of economic principles is necessary. Information is available everywhere on the Internet. The Powell Center for Economic Literacy is a fantastic resource. Also, MIT is offering all of their courses for free online. The economics department is located here.

Forex is not a get-rich-quick-scheme. There is a lot of inherent risk and many people lose money trading Forex. With that said, there is also an opportunity to make large amounts of money in very short periods of time using very little of your own money. These sites will increase your knowledge and therefore your ability to trade Forex to your advantage.
